Beta Waiting List Mode

1. Who we are

YieldRadar (“YieldRadar”, “we”, “us”) is building a platform that will help investors analyse rental-property cash flow. This notice explains how we handle your personal information while we are in pre-launch (“beta-waiting-list”) mode.

We do not ask for names, phone numbers, payment details, or location data at this stage.

3. How we store and protect data

  • • Emails and messages are stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted in 🇨🇦/🇺🇸 data centres.
  • • Access is limited to the founding team.
  • • All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS); data at rest is encrypted by our provider.

4. Analytics & cookies

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused tool, to measure page visits and performance. No personal data or tracking cookies are set.

5. How to opt out

You can remove your email from our list at any time:

  • • Click the “unsubscribe” link in any email we send you
  • • Email us directly at privacy@yieldradar.ca to request removal

6. How long we keep data

We keep your email until:

  • • you unsubscribe, or
  • • one year after public launch—whichever comes first—unless you become a registered user.
